A 3.5 hour, interactive workshop to help understand the impact of stress on your wellbeing and to teach mindful techniques and essential oil blending

You will learn how to recognize stress, how it impacts your body and what you can do about it. You will learn the tools and techniques to help you deal with your everyday stressors. International coach and mindfulness expert Anne Loyd will teach mindfulness techniques and Hilary Andrews, aromatherapy and holistic therapist will show you how to blend oils to calm and soothe. You will make products on the day to use and take away.
