Blend to help Stretch Marks and Acne Scars

10 drops Mandarin essential oil
6 drops Frankincense essential oil
6 drops Tea Tree essential oil
30 ml Grapeseed carrier oil 
30 ml Jojoba carrier oil 

Mix the essential oils together in a jar or bottle and add the carrier oils. Shake well until blended. Put a few drop on the effected area every day and massage in with deep circular movements

 

Tummy Soothing Massage Blend

4 drops Mandarin essential oil
2 drops Grapefruit essential oil
2 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Chamomile essential oil
15ml Sweet Almond carrier oil

Mix the essential oils together with the carrier oil in a dish and massage onto the tummy and abdomen in clockwise circular movements.

                                                  

Blend to Help Reduce Anxiety 

2 drops Rose Geranium essential oil
2 drops Clary Sage essential oil
1 drop   Patchouli essential oil 
1 drop   Ylang Ylang essential oil

Mix the essential oils together and add to your diffuser or mix with 10ml of carrier oil such as Jojoba and use to massage.

                                              

Blend to Help Clear Sinus Congestion

2 drops Lemon essential oil
2 drops Peppermint essential oil
1 drop Tea Tree essential oil
1 drop Eucalyptus essential oil

For inhalation add the essential oils to your diffuser and let it run for at least 30 mins. for 30 mins. To decongest at night drop the oils onto a tissue and place under your pillow. To use in a roller ball mix the essential oils with 9ml carrier oil such as Grapeseed.
