4 drops Mandarin essential oil
2 drops Grapefruit essential oil
2 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Chamomile essential oil
15ml Sweet Almond carrier oil







Digestive Massage Instructions:
Mix the essential oils and the carrier together in a small dish. Starting at the belly button, apply the oil and then gently massage into the skin using an upward circular motion (apply gentle pressure with the pads of your fingertips, circling clockwise). This can also be applied to the back, over the liver and stomach.
